Meet Dr. Siew
BCom (Hons) | Master's degree in Industrial Psychology | MBA | PhD
Industrial Psychologist | business coach | author | trusted adviser
I have spent my career working with the point at which people and business meet.
I work at the intersection of psychology and business, helping people become more capable, leaders become more effective, and organisations turn human potential into sustainable performance.
Decades of experience working with individuals, leadership teams and organisations across diverse sectors and stages of growth.
Good strategy means very little if people cannot execute it.
I help business owners, executives and leadership teams turn human capability into Lasting business performance.
Industrial psychology + business thinking + practical leadership development.
My Philosophy
I believe people have significantly more potential than they often use. Yet potential alone has little commercial value, therefore, the objective is to turn potential into capability and capability into performance.
That requires an honest understanding of:
- What someone already does well;
- What is holding them back;
- What their role requires;
- What needs to be learned;
- What behaviour needs to change;
- And what practical action will move them forward.
My approach to executive coaching
I do not see coaching as a series of motivational conversations; rather, business and executive coaching requires both reflection and application.
We may examine:
Behaviour
How do you respond under pressure?
Judgement
How are you making important decisions?
Leadership
What does your team experience from you?
Competence
What capabilities need further development?
Relationships
Where are communication, trust or influence becoming obstacles?
Performance
What is preventing you from operating at the level your role requires?
The work is practical, confidential and grounded in the realities of your organisation.
